Partner terms

• •You get a personal link and code. A visitor who arrives through your link, or enters your code when creating an account, is your referral.
• •Your link is remembered for 90 days in the visitor’s browser. If they follow another partner’s link before signing up, the most recent one counts.
• •Once an account is created, its partner is fixed and never changes. An existing account can add a code only before its first payment.
• •Your referrals get 10% off their first payment.

• •You earn 20% of every payment your referral makes, for as long as they keep paying.
• •Commission is calculated on what the customer actually paid, after any discount.
• •If we agree a different rate or duration with you, that deal is shown on your dashboard and applies instead.
• •Hand-history packages and other one-off purchases do not earn commission.

• •Each commission is held for 30 days before it becomes available.
• •Once your available balance is at least $100, you can request a payout from your dashboard. We pay requests by PayPal or crypto, to the details you gave when you asked.
• •We may decline a request, with a reason shown on your dashboard. Declined money stays in your balance.
• •You must give us correct payout details, your name or company, and your country. Payments sent to the details you gave are final.
• •You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn.

If a payment is refunded or disputed, the commission on it is cancelled. If it was already paid to you, the same amount is deducted from your next payout.

• •Label your posts as advertising or an affiliate link where the law or the platform requires it.
• •No referring yourself, your own accounts, or people who pay on your behalf.
• •No spam, no misleading claims about what CashGameDB does, and no claims that it is endorsed by or connected to any poker room.
• •Do not bid on our name in search ads, and do not publish your code on coupon or voucher sites.

You can leave at any time by writing to [email protected]. We can suspend or close a partner account that breaks these terms; commission earned from fraud or rule breaks is not paid. Otherwise, what you have already earned is still paid under §3. We may change these terms with 30 days’ notice by email.
